The two maps illustrate the main changes which taken place in a coast since 1995.

Obviously, the coast has experienced significant housing development and modernization, both of which  indicate a rural to urban transition.

The trees in forest park which in the north east of the seaside has cut down in order to create much bigger arae to erect two tennis court, while a huge golf pitch  has taken place a farmland. One more  significant change can be seen to south of the region, fishing pories that is builted on the sea  have been pulled down. Another important different  in the south part of this coast is that the shops which is has constructed alongside the road was demolished and new restaurants have been added. By present time, the markets had been replaced by some apartments.

However some facilities remain untouched or have been made bigger. The cafe between main road and sea still stands. The hotel has been enlarged within a parking facility. The number of houses in the north west of the area was dramatically increased and has introduced one main road.
