Happiness is often considered difficult to define. Why is this? What factors determine happiness?

The happiness one of the essential emotion in our life.The definition of happiness  suppose to be tough for the purpose of assessing by people. In my view that main  resons is people's expectation prevent to be happy, and self satisfaction and view can determine this.

Being happy seems one of the most challenging mood in our contemporary life style due to some certain factors. To begin with, people have tendency of expecting some demands from their life in this way  this situation brings them disappointing in the future. As a result, people assumed that they haven't sufficient capability to reach happiness that's why they lost their hope and they can't describe the meaning of the life. A clear illustration can be seen in teenagers are most likely to demand luxury brand without any sensible reason from life,  however, they gain self conscious when they notice that this is rocket science to gain these items without any labor.

There are some factors which based on definition of happiness. First and foremost, self satisfaction has significant role on our psychologic owing to the fact that satisfaction is a picture of the world according to our mindset. Even though some people struggle with both countless hardship  and burden, they are able to figure out a way yo be happy. According to Cambridge University's research in 2019 shows that people who have self satisfaction have most happiness than other people thus it is obviously that self satisfaction has essential role in this case. In addition, people's view can determine the meaning of happiness. Wherever and which under circumstances you live is not matter with the intention of being happy. If people try to look full side of a glass instead of looking empty side of this glass they will transfer negative option to positive and more beneficial one. A vivid example is, 70 percent of people from Cuba more happier than Turkish civilization by 30 percent due to the fact that people in the Cuba have more diverse view than Turkish people, even though they have to overcome similar issues.

To conclude, individual's demands are huge obstacle for happiness, and both self satisfaction and view can identify the term of happiness.
