    The first bar charts above elucidate that the number of percentage from 2000 to 2010,when  second graph compered smartphone ownership by education level in  2000 and 2010.

   

Overall, the percantage of smartphone ownership had witnessed a substantial increase in 2 groups over the period. Also,the number of cell phone users by education degree in 2010 had more quantity than previous years,likewise,general ownership took the lead in 2010.

  

  In 2000, when the percentage of phone owners was 40 percent in general, this situation was approximately 15 percent in people who did not obtain high school degree.Substantially, the proportion of comprehensive ownership commenced to rise in 2002 and this number become just under a half.Similiary,this percentage reached the just over the 50 percent in 2004.This number had witnessed another ascend by roughly 10 percent and it become just over 60 percent.This increasing trend maintained and this number climbed to around three-quarters in 2008. The percantage of smartphone ownership reached to peak of around 85 percent in 2010.

    Regarding the rates by education level, the proportion of ownership in no high school degree was avarage 15 percent  in 2000 less than a decade year later with just under the a half.In high school graduate group,the rate of cell phone ownership was higher  than no high school certificate in 2000, however, the proportion of high school graduate was higher in 2010 than previous decade.This rate in batchelor's degree had experienced an increase and it become more higher in 2000 and 2010, perspectively 50 percent and 80 percent. Than this number gap terminated to be much differences between educational groups and, when this proportion was 70 percent in 2000,this number was just over the 80 percent in master's degree. The differences in doctorate degree was roughly 15 percent between 2000 and 2010 by three-fourths and a vast majority rate.
