The pie charts illustrates that the differences of domestic expenses in a place namely Some land over 3 decades, starting from 1980 to 2000.

Overall, the percentage of higher education cost is higher than other number over the period. K12  and other's rate decreased ,while environmental service increased during 30 years of period. Rest of portions both ascended and plummet in 30 years.

The percentage of K12 education was responsible for a quarter of total costs in 1990,however, this proportion has witnessed substantial decrease from 25 percent in 1980 to just under 18 percent in 2000. In 1980, the health and human resources constituted well under 20 percent to one fifth in 1990 and this rate went down to 10 percent.

In1980,transportation made up approximately 20 percent of total consumption and then it went down to 6 percent in 1990,however, it had experienced another rise to just over 20 percent. Environmental service steadily go up from roughly 5 percent to around 10 percent. Higher education rose from 35 percent in 1980 to 40 percent in 2000, even though this rate reduced from 45 to 40 percent.
